We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our team. We’re seeking someone who is driven to achieve results, meets targets confidently, and excels at delivering exceptional service while independently managing corporate accounts and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

• Corporate Focus: Primarily handle corporate travel with some additional responsibilities, such as holiday coverage and ticketing support.
• Booking & Ticketing: Utilize Sabre at a high level for booking, exchanges, ticketing, and refunds.
• Client Service: Provide exemplary customer service, maintaining a warm and professional approach to meet client needs.
• Sales-Driven: Engage in target-driven sales, managing and growing corporate accounts provided by the company supplemented by your own leisure sales if desired.
• Independent Work: Function autonomously, with minimal supervision, but remain open to learning and evolving as the role grows.

• Minimum 2 years Corporate Travel Agency Experience
• Experience in Sabre (required): Advanced proficiency, particularly in ticketing, exchanges, and refunds is a huge plus.
• ClientBase Knowledge: Experience with ClientBase is a bonus.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Able to adjust to evolving role requirements.
• Friendly & Open Attitude: Personable and approachable demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
