Ever since he was a child, Neil wanted to fly. After achieving his dream of becoming a Captain for Canadian Pacific Airlines and flying around the globe for 39 years, Neil decided to hang up his pilot’s hat and to focus on taking Travel Masters to new heights. As our CEO and visionary leader, Neil is excited about growing the Travel Masters family and taking our brand across the country.

Mark’s in-depth knowledge of technology coupled with a strong background as an experienced travel consultant made Mark the perfect candidate for his current role as the Product and Support Manager. Mark keeps our systems in tip-top shape by maintaining our technology network and providing support to our agents and franchise partners.

Erin found a passion for travel at age 10 and that developed into a career in the travel industry. With a background focused on sales and customer service, she works with agents & franchise partners to help them provide the best experience for their clients. Outside of work, Erin enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and going on whatever adventure comes her way!

Daina’s true passion in life is travel; she loves everything about it. With an education in Advertising and experience as a Travel Consultant, Daina now enjoys providing others with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful in their positions.

Leana has been in Finance and Accounting roles for over 30 years. She was also an English teacher in Canada and abroad for 15 years. She lived in Europe for over 10 years. Mostly in Italy but also Hungary and England and travelled a lot while she was there. Outside of work, Leana is most happy creating memories with her partner and their dog and adventures with friends. She also has many interests: travelling, entertainment, languages, music, movies, art, and cooking to name a few.

Heather’s wealth of travel industry experience along with a strong focus on support and education makes her an invaluable asset to the Travel Masters’ organization. As our Product and Support Manager, she assists and educates agents and franchise partners on our products and services. Her sunny approach to everything she does makes our day!

I really enjoy cooking, and also trying new foods from different cultures. My mother used to try and make different foods from different cultures, so it made me more open to trying different things.

On my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether it’s going to the park or playing a board game.

Marcela, a seasoned professional with over 5 years of customer service and marketing expertise, radiates enthusiasm for life and work. Hailing from Colombia, she is an avid traveller who relishes immersing herself in new cultures and finding adventures. Beyond her corporate role, Marcela is a dedicated part-time Zumba instructor, channelling her passion for dance and fitness into fostering a sense of community.

Nisha’s finance career started back in 2016, upon graduation from Simon Fraser University. She has worked in finance in several different industries, including but not limited to the automotive, security, and non-profit organizations. Aside from her career roles and experiences, Nisha is key to living a well-balanced life. She lives and breathes positivity and leads with kindness.

In her spare time, she enjoys several passions such as illustration, painting, cooking, yoga, hiking, and listening to 1960’s-1980’s music.

Of all the places she has traveled to Hawaii holds a dear place to her heart. The ocean, sunsets, food… but mostly the kind-hearted Hawaiians- Mahalo.
